Substance, at his residence at 1509 hrs of 10/01/13. Released on NTA. 170

13-26922 Arrest Kristi N. Herod, 30, 919 N. 4th, for Shoplifting and Amber E. Dunne, 31, 919 N. 4th for Retail Theft at Walmart, 5211 Broadway, at 1500 hrs of 09/25/13. Each was released on NTA. 168

13-27409 Burglary From Motor Vehicle Linsey D. Larrick of 1711 Spring reported that her unlocked 2003 Ford Focus was entered while parked at her residence sometime between 1700 hours on 09-27-13 and 1145 hours on 09-30-13. Larrick stated that a small amount of loose change was stolen from her vehicle. Larrick had no suspects in this case. – 170 -

13-27373 Burglary From Motor Vehicle  Roger A. Stark of 1029 Jackson reported on 09-30-13 that his 1996 S-10 pickup and his wife’s 2008 Kia Rondo were entered while parked at his residence sometime between 2130 hours on 09-29-13 and 0630 hours on 09-30-13. Stark stated that both vehicles were unlocked, and reported that a small amount of change and a pocket knife were stolen from the vehicles. Stark had no suspects. – 120 -

13-26908 Counterfeiting Mardell J. Harvey, employee of First Bankers Trust, 3333 Broadway, reported the bank received a counterfeit $10 bill between 0800/1015 hrs of 09/25/13. 168

13-27475 Criminal Damage William A. Townsend, an employee of the American Legion Post 37 to Business building located at 116 N. 8th, reported that an unknown suspect had shot the front bay window of the business with a bb/pellet gun sometimebetween 2000 hours on 09-28-13 and 1700 hours on 09-29-13. – 170

13-27853 Criminal Damage David L. Pizzo, 57, 301 N. 8th, apt. 303, reported his 08 Chrysler, was to Vehicle scratched along the passenger side while it was parked at Sunset Apartment, 301 N. 8th on 09/25/13. 170

13-27415 Hit and Run Kara L. Gregory, 715 Newton Ave., Kahoka, Mo., reported her 11
Toyota was struck by an unknown vehicle while it was parked in the TJ Maxx parking lot, 6210 Broadway, between 1350/1450 hrs of 09/30/13. 175

13-27946 Recovered Bicycle  Debra S. Perkins of 839 N. 9th reported finding a blue 26″ FS Elite
Bounty Hunter 21-Speed bicycle at 9th & Lind on 10-05-13 @ 1258 hours. The bicycle was secured to a pole in the area. – 122 -

13-27006 Recovered Property  Gina D. Andrew, an employee of George Keller & Sons located at 909 Maine Street, reported finding a black and white colored men’s 20″ bmx style bicycle with white skulls on it on their rear parking lot on 09-26-13. Placed into the bicycle impound at QPD. – 182 -

13-27487 Recovered Property  Linsey D. Larrick of 1711 Spring reported finding two plastic bags behind her residence on 10-01-13 containing numerous suspected stolen items. The baggies contained a car manual for an unknown model Mazda automobile; Two pairs of Ralph Lauren women’s winter gloves (1 red, 1 purple); A shell paperweight; A red removable disk drive; and 2 pairs of swimming goggles. Placed into evidence and labeled as recovered property. – 170 -

13-27500 Theft Over $500 Alan A. Audet of 132 1/2 S. 12th, reported that while he was inside of the Quincy Cash and Pawn located at 820 Maine Street, he accidentally left his wallet on the counter and left the business at approximately 1030 hours on 10-01-13. Audet stated that when he realized his wallet was missing, he returned to the business, but the wallet was gone.

Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
