Russell Ash 69,reported between 2-20 to 2-26 unk person  entered 2615 Kentucky and removed 2 light fixtures and 4 wooden end tables

on 3-1,0642 the traffic light at 4th Broadway was struck by dark blue pickup the truck left no bound  IDOT was called
