Quincy Police Make Arrest in South 11th Shooting

(QUINCY)—An 18 year old Quincy man is in custody on charges of aggravated battery with a firearm and aggravated discharge of a firearm following that shooting late Tuesday night in the 600 block of South 11th.  Quincy Police arrested 18 year old William Jenkins Thursday in the 12th and Broadway area. The shooting incident occurred in an apartment and left the victim with non life threatening injuries.  Jenkins is in the Adams County Jail pending a November 14 court date.
