Quincy Police Make an Arrest Following Vehicle Burglary Report

A tip from a citizen leads to an arrest for burglary to a motor vehicle.

Quincy Police say they were called to the 300 block of Chestnut at 3:44 this (WED) morning when a resident reported seeing a white male enter several vehicles in that area. When police arrived, they located 18-year-old Jeremy Kossman at 4th and Chestnut. Police say Kossman was found in possession of items from a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Chestnut.

Kossman is charged with burglary to a motor vehicle and criminal trespass to a motor vehicle. Kossman was taken to the Adams County Jail.
