Quincy Police Arrest Four Following Search on North 5th

Four arrests result from the use of a search warrant by Quincy Police at 8 a-m Sunday at 931 1/2 North Fifth in Quincy.

Police say 28 year old Devin Bassett of Quincy was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and taken to the Adams County Jail. 22 year old Sydney Hamann  of Quincy was arrested on a failure to appear warrant for possession of meth and for a new meth possession charge. Hamann was also taken to the Adams County Jail. 33 year old Jessica Smith of Quincy was arrested for failure to appear on a driving while suspended charge and released on cash bond. Police also arrested 37 year old Donnelle O'Hara of Quincy for posession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and released  on a notice to appear. A fifth individual in the residence was released without charge. Three minor children were also found in the house and turned over to family members.
