Quincy Pastor Returned to Virginia to Face Charges

A Quincy pastor is back in Virginia following his arrest on several charges late last month.
54 year Todd Shane Tomko was arrested November 22^nd and is accused of taking indecent liberties with a child. Quincy Police arrested Tomko on warrants issued in Virginia Beach Virginia. Tomko was a colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps and was commander of the Wounded Warrior Regiment in Quantico Virginia. He was relieved of his duties after charges of criminal behavior surfaced. Tomko had been serving as pastor of Parkview Church.
