Quincy Pastor Arrested on 7 Felony Warrants

Quincy Police confirm the arrest of 54 year-old Todd Shane Tomko on 7 felony warrants from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Tomko was arrested on Wednesday.  According to the police blotter, the warrants were issued for taking indecent liberties with a child.

The Quincy Herald Whig reports Tomko was a former colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was also commander of the Wounded Warrior Regiment in Quantico, Virginia, but was relieved of his duties after charges of criminal behavior surfaced.

Tomko has been serving as pastor of the Parkview Church in Quincy.
