Motorcycle Crash Results in Serious Injuries

Quincy Police rushed to the 1600 Block of North 4^th Street shortly after 6 p.m. Saturday, in response to a collision involving a motorcycle and a parked truck. 

Officers arrived to find 53 year-old Timothy Lindsey lying on the ground unresponsive.

The preliminary investigation shows Lindsey was riding his cycle north on 4^th Street when he left the roadway, ran down an embankment and struck a parked box truck.

Lindsey sustained serious injuries and was taken to Blessing Hospital by ambulance.
