(QUINCY)-A Quincy man out on bond on meth related charges now faces additional meth charges following his arrest by West Central Illinois Task Force and Quincy Police. Task Force agents say 52 year old Richard Breder was arrested near 8th and Jersey after he was observed taking possession of pseudoephedrine—a key ingredient in Meth. Breder was also found in possession of meth as he was arrested. Breder had bonded out following an arrest on meth related charges in June.
