A Quincy man pleads guilty and is sentenced to prison on a weapons charge Friday in Adams County Circuit Court.

As part of a plea agreement, 24 year old Jordan Routt pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison by Judge Robert Adrian.

Routt is alleged to have threatened another man with a knife in the Complex nightclub in Quincy early on the morning of March 12th.

Routt was reportedly confronted by police before dropping the knife.

Routt received credit for 90 days served in the Adams County Jail.
