Quincy Man Faces Additional Drug Charges

A Quincy man faces additional drug charges following an investigation by West Central Illinois Task Force agents.

Authorities arrested 51 year old William Duggon in the 600 block of North Fifth for failure to appear on a battery charge and on new charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and failure to notify of a change of address by a sex offender. Adams County court records indicate Duggon was free on bond from a 2015 unlawful possession of methamphetamine case. Sentencing in that case is set for next Wednesday.
