An Adams County jury deliberated for less than an hour before finding a Quincy man guilty of sexual abuse and assault charges.

43 year old Johnathan Rajner was convicted Tuesday of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Rajner is alleged to have inappropriately touched two underage girls as they were getting ready for bed at a Quincy residence in 2015 or ’16, but wasn’t reported to authorities until January of this year.

Rajner had been convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in 2003 and of failure to register as a sex offender in 2013.

Sentencing is set for July 20th.
