Quincy Man Arrested on Sexual Assault Charges

An investigation by Quincy Police leads to the arrest Wednesday of a Quincy man on sexual assault charges.

Officers received a report on July 31st that 36 year old Johnnie Kadow had allegedly sexually assaulted two juveniles under the age of 13. Kadow reportedly is a friend of the victims’ mother.

An investigation led to Kadow’s arrest Wednesday. He was charged with predatory criminal sexual assault and lodged in the Adams County Jail.

Kadow’s first court date is scheduled for August 23rd.
