Hannibal Police say they arrested a Quincy man following a traffic stop on September 11 in the 1700 block of Broadway.

According to a press release from the Hannibal Police Department, Michael Rudd was taken into custody after officers discovered a "large amount" of a substance believed to be marijuana.

Rudd was taken to the Marion County Jail. On September 12, a warrant was issued in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County, charging Rudd with the Class B Felony of Distributing / Delivering a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $100,000.00.
