Quincy Man Arrested for Meth Production

(Quincy) – A search of a Quincy apartment by the West Central Illinois Task Force results in the arrest of a Quincy man Friday morning.
Officers executed the search warrant at an apartment at 807 Broadway. The search revealed a shake and bake meth lab. As a result, 38 year old Charles Barger was arrested for aggravated unlawful participation in the production of meth. Barger is on parole from a previous meth case. He is lodged in the Adams County Jail.
