Quincy Man Arrested Following 5th and Locust Crash

(QUINCY)—A Quincy man faces several charges following a traffic crash late Saturday night at 5th and Locust. Quincy Police say they arrived in the area shortly after 11 p-m to find that a pickup truck driven by 21 year old Casey Mayes crossed the center line and hit two parked vehicles. Police say that Mayes fled but was located and brought back to the scene. Investigators discovered that the pickup was stolen. Mayes was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle… driving under the influence and driving while revoked. He was taken to the Adams County Jail.
