Quincy Fire Leaves Two Children Dead

Fire Friday evening claimed the lives of two children in Quincy.
Firefighters were called to 611 North Eighth Friday evening. Heavy smoke was coming from the second floor as fire crews arrived. Adams County Coroner John Myers says 8 year old Toby Brewer and 5 year old Emma Kramer died. Autopsies are scheduled in Bloomington today. An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
