Quincy Domestic & Drug Arrest

(QUINCY)—A domestic disturbance results in several charges against a Quincy man. Quincy Police say they were called to the 1100 block of North 4th shortly after 5 p-m after a metal pole landed on a vehicle. As police investigated… they found that David Tuley was fighting with his girlfriend. He is alleged to have thrown the pole during the incident. Tuley was taken into custody following a traffic stop at 10:16 Thursday night. He faces domestic battery… DUI and meth related charges. Tuley is held in the Adams County Jail.
