Quincy Budget Approved

(QUINCY)—Quincy has a new budget. City council members unanimously approved the spending plan Monday night including cuts of 461-thousand dollars. Aldermen also all voted in favor of an amendment to reduce the subsidies the city provides to not for profit agencies, like the Great River Economic Development Foundation.
