Quincy Art Center Benefits From Illinois Grant, Quinn Announces

The Quincy Art Center is receiving a grant for almost 100 thousand dollars for rehabilitative construction.

Illinois Governor Pat Quinn announced public museums across the state will receive 15 million in state capital investments as part of the governor’s Illinois Jobs Now program.

The grant in Adams County will go toward interior and exterior improvements to the Sinnock Gallery. Rotating exhibits will be included that expand audience capacity.
