Pursuit Ends in Louisiana With Two Arrests
A Sunday morning vehicle pursuit ends with a two vehicle crash in Louisiana Missouri.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says a car driven by 19 year old Christian Widmann of Portland Oregon made a left turn from Gap Street onto Fourth and slid into the path of an SUV driven by 29 year old Joshua Langley of Bowling Green. Widmann’s car went off the road and hit a concrete culvert. A passenger in Widmann’s car—20 year old Katarayna Nielson of Battle Ground Washington was taken to Pike County Memorial Hospital in Louisiana for treatment of minor injuries. Troopers say Widmann faces charges of resisting arrest by flight and four counts of assault on a law enforcement officer. Widmann was also wanted on a warrant from a youth correctional facility. Troopers also arrested 18 year old Gage Anderson of Dallas Oregon on a warrant from a youth correctional facility and for unlawful use of a weapon. Widmann and Anderson were taken to the Pike County Jail.
