Proposals to Change Eminent Domain Laws in Missouri Move a Step Forward

Supporters of Missouri proposals to change eminent domain laws now have the official go-ahead to begin working to get their measures on the 2014 ballot. The secretary of state's office says four initiatives have been approved for circulation, allowing backers to begin collecting petition signatures.
