(HANNIBAL)—Three young Hannibal residents face property damage charges following reports of vandalism in Hannibal city parks. Hannibal Police say the investigation started April 5th and led to warrants being served on 20 year old Michael Flowerree and 18 year old Troy Rojas. Both are free on one thousand dollars bond. 17 year old Christian Smotheres was arrested and released on a summons. Property damage in the second degree is punishable with up to six months in the county jail or a fine of up to 500 dollars.
