Probation is revoked for a man accused in a November shooting incident in Hannibal.
Marion County Prosecuting attorney David Clayton says Tion Dorsey is being transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections following a final hearing Wednesday on his probation case in Marion County Circuit Court. Dorsey was on probation  stemming from a 2008 assault. Clayton says he’ll likely serve 85 percent of his ten year sentence.

Dorsey is also charged with assault and armed criminal action following a November 29 shooting incident in Hannibal. A co-defendant in that case—18 year old Myron Mahaney of Mexico pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of shooting a gun at a house and is serving a four year sentence with the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Clayton says his office is reevaluating options for trial with the alleged victim also being held by the Department of Corrections for parole violations.
