A Louisiana woman who admitted to leaving her two-year-old son to wander alone in a creek will serve two years of probation. That’s the sentence handed down Thursday in exchange for Kristian Riley’s guilty plea to reduced misdemeanor charges of child endangerment. She originally had faced two felony counts. Police say they got a report of the boy wandering naked in a creek near his home in the 200 block of North Sixth Street on March 18 of last year.
