Presley Arrested in Connection with Quincy Home Invasion

A Quincy man is behind bars after he is arrested on home invasion charges.

Quincy Police were dispatched to 1305 Merle Street around 7:47 p.m. Saturday.  A male victim told officers that 23 year-old Johnny R. Presley of Quincy forced entry through the front door of the residence.  Presley allegedly attacked the victim by punching him about the head and body.

The victim said Presley was accompanied by two other subjects, one male and one female.  The female accused the victim of stealing money from her recently.

Presley was lodged in the Adams County Jail.  The other two subjects were released.
