(ST LOUIS)—14 months in federal  prison and five years of supervised release is the sentence for a Pittsfield man following a guilty plea in federal court on bank fraud charges. The US Attorney’s Office says former JDL Longhorn owner Douglas Pennock of Pittsfield provided false information to the Peoples Bank in Troy Missouri and received a large line of credit in 2008. Pennock’s business eventually defaulted on the loans causing  significant loss for the bank.
