Pike County Scrap Metal Theft Hearing Wednesday

Counsel status hearings are Wednesday for three people charged in what authorities say is a scrap metal theft in Pike County, Missouri.  

Joshua Bagley of Vandalia and Ryan Pollock of Fulton are charged with burglary and theft. Ashley Wilson of Hannibal is accused of burglary.

Authorities allege that the three were involved in stealing tubing and other metal items from a rural Curryville home last July. Investigators said some of the items were sold to a Vandalia business.

A fourth suspect in the case is identified as William Morton of Frankford. He’s charged with burglary and theft, and has a jury trial scheduled for April 27.
