Pharmacies Selling Pseudoephedrine That Cannot Be Used to Make Meth
A number of pharmacies in the St. Louis area are selling the first-ever pseudoephedrine-based decongestant that apparently cannot be used to make methamphetamine.
Zephrex-D has been rolled out over the past week and is available at Walmart, Walgreens and CVS. Highland Pharmaceuticals is the maker of the decongestant and says it hopes to sell the product nationally within a year.
