Deliberation Begins in Pettey Trial

(Mexico) – Jury deliberation has begun in the Calvin Duane Pettey trial.
After 25 prosecution witnesses testified Monday afternoon and Tuesday, the defense called just one witness this morning. After a short break, the jury was told that Pettey would not be testifying in his own defense.
Pettey is accused of killing Sandra Fugate in April of 2010, just days before the two were to be married.
