Patterson Pleads Guilty to Aggravated Battery

A Quincy man pleads guilty Monday to charges filed in connection with an incident in which a woman was hit with a gun.

As part of a plea deal, 47 year old Christopher Patterson pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated battery.

Patterson is alleged to have struck a woman in a car outside Monroe School on Payson Road last June.

Patterson will be sentenced March 19th. According to the plea deal, he will be sentenced to probation, with terms and conditions left to the court, and will be ordered to pay nearly $5,900 in restitution.
