(HANNIBAL)—A Hannibal woman can avoid prison time if she repays money taken from a childrens charity.

47-year-old Rhonda Oswalt entered the guilty plea last year on charges she took 52-thousand dollars from the Blue Ryno Foundation—a non profit organized by former major league baseball player Ryan Klesko to help children with cancer.

Oswalt was sentenced this week to 15 years in prison, with that sentence stayed if she can pay back the money she stole during a five year probation term. Oswalt has already paid back 15 thousand dollars of the money she stole.

Oswalt served as event coordinator in Hannibal for the California-based organization until her arrest in August 2011.
