One of Illinois’ Most Wanted Criminals Has Been Arrested

A Quincy man once listed as one of Illinois' most wanted fugitives has been arrested in Missouri. John Beck is facing a drunken driving charge. Police say Beck had two outstanding felony warrants in Illinois. He's accused of assaulting a minor and failing to register as a convicted sex offender.
