(Adams Co., Ill)—A Camp Point man faces charges after leaving the scene of a one-car wreck early Monday morning.  At 5:44 a.m., Adams County Sheriff's deputies called to the crash scene off U.S.24, one-tenth of a mile east of North 90th, arrived to find a vehicle had run down an embankment into a horse fence, and the driver had left the area.  Deputies had the car towed and later made contact with the driver, 19 year-old Landon B. Neisen, who stated the accident happened around midnight when he swerved to miss a deer.  Neisen is charged with improper lane usage and failure to report an accident and resulting property damage.
