One Arrested in Sunday Tow Truck Incident

Adams County Deputies were called to Rancho Vista Trailer Park Sunday.

An investigation revealed that a Quincy tow company was towing an illegally parked vehicle when the owner of the vehicle confronted the tow operator, displaying a weapon during the altercation.

The owner of the vehicle eventually drove away with the tow cable still attached, causing minor damage to the tow truck.

The unidentified owner of the vehicle was arrested and charged with aggravated assault.
