Northeast Missouri Man – Paul Potter – Charged With Second-Degree Murder
KIRKSVILLE, Mo. (AP) — A northeast Missouri man is jailed on $1 million bond, accused in a gruesome killing and dismemberment. The Kirksville Daily Express reports that 49-year-old Paul R. Potter was charged with second-degree murder, arson and tampering with a motor vehicle. Police responding late Sunday to a report of a disturbance said they found Potter near a burning car and two nearby apartments on fire.
