Nixon Signs Legislation to Stop Controversial Policy

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon has signed legislation putting an end to a controversial policy in which driver's license offices were making electronic copies of applicants' personal documents. Nixon announced yesterday that he had signed the legislation, and the policy change took effect immediately.
