NEMO Task Force Arrests Hannibal Couple on Drug Charges
(Hannibal, Mo)—A Hannibal couple is behind bars after agents of the Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force find items used in the manufacture of illegal drugs.
Officers executed a search warrant Thursday at the home of 43 year-old Deanna Motley and 44 year-old William “Billy” Motley. Agents seized methamphetamine and meth manufacturing materials, drug paraphernalia, heroin, and marijuana at the couple’s residence at 810 Hayward Street in Hannibal.
The couple faces charges of Attempt to Manufacture a Controlled Substance, a Class B Felony. Associate Circuit Judge John Jackson issued an arrest warrant for the Motley’s and set bond at $100,000 cash only. Both suspects remain in custody at the Marion County Jail.
The Missouri Highway Patrol and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.
