Neisen Pleads Not Guilty to Vandalism Charges

A Quincy man enters a not guilty plea Wednesday for his part in a series of alleged vandalism incidents.

18 year old Connor Neisen pled not guilty to criminal damage to property in Adams County Circuit Court. Neisen is also charged with illegal possession of ammunition without a FOID card.

Neisen and a 17 year old juvenile were arrested April 9th after police received numerous reports of car windows being shot with BB’s in an area from 12th and Adams to Front and Broadway.

The case is set for a July jury trial. Neisen is free after posting $300 bond.
