Northeast Community Action Corporation offers programs to help area residents with their homes.

NECAC is looking for applicants for its home weatherization program. For homeowners in Monroe and Shelby counties, NECAC has partnered with Peoples Bank and Trust Company, Paris National Bank and Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines to offer up to $5,000 in home improvements for a $30 filing fee for eligible households.
