Hannibal Police have released the names of those involved in a three-vehicle crash in which a pedestrian was struck by two different vehicles.

Police report 52 year old Russell Rosser, Sr. was walking eastbound on Highway 61 near Westover Road just before 6 p.m. Friday.

Rosser was struck by a minivan driven by 53 year old Janet Shaughnesy of Chesterfield, Missouri.

Meanwhile, a car driven by 23 year old Kayla Frankenbach of Palmyra had stopped and was rear-ended by a truck driven by 17 year old Kolten Rickey of Hannibal. The impact caused the Frankenbach van to strike Rosser.

Frankenbach, Rickey and his 16 year old passenger were all taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Rosser was taken by helicopter to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment of serious injuries.
