Motorcycle Helmet Law Moratorium Proposed in Missouri

(JEFFERSON CITY)—Missouri State Representative Delus Johnson says a one-month moratorium on Missouri’s helmet law during August would promote tourism and economic development. Johnson wants motorcycle riders to be able to ride their bikes without helmets that month because of all the people riding through Missouri headed to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota.
