AT 1013 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH LIGHT TO   MODERATE RAIN MOVING BACK INTO SOUTHEAST SECTIONS OF PIKE COUNTY.
RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN  OVER THIS AREA DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS, AND THIS ADDITIONAL  RAIN WILL MAINTAIN THE HIGH WATER AND FLOODING THREAT.

ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN. FLASH   FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING. THE PIKE COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT  REPORTED THAT COUNTY ROAD 2 NEAR NEW SALEM HAD WASHED OUT.
