Monroe City Woman Arrested on Multiple Charges

(Marion County, Mo)—The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a Monroe City woman faces numerous charges after her arrest in Marion County.

28-year-old Shantel Seabaugh was taken into custody around 9 a.m. Sunday on charges of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Fraud, and two Hannibal city warrants for Driving While Revoked.

She was taken to the Marion County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
