CHICAGO (AP) - Rayvonte Rice led a furious second-half comeback on Saturday, scoring 28 points as the University of Illinois defeated the University of Illinois-Chicago 74-60. ST. LOUIS (AP) - Rookie receiver and kick returner Tavon Austin returned to practice for the St. Louis Rams, and coach Jeff Fisher said he was encouraged with his progress.
