Missouri’s Medicaid Costs Predicted to Climb

A new report says Missouri's Medicaid costs could climb by nearly 7 percent over the next decade if the state fully implements the federal health care law. But the report by the Kaiser Family Foundation and Urban Institute says almost half that increase would take place anyway, even if Missouri officials don't expand Medicaid eligibility for adults.
