Missouri Judge Revises Wording On Health Care Ballot Measure

A judge revised the wording Missouri voters will see when they decide on a health care ballot measure. The original wording said the measure would "deny" access to affordable health care through insurance exchanges unless the online marketplaces were authorized by state law or operated by the federal government. The revised wording says the measure would bar the governor from creating a state-based health insurance exchange unless authorized by law.
