Missouri Highway Patrol Honorary Trooper Awards

(CLARENCE)—Missouri Highway Patrol troopers recognize three Shelby County residents for their help in identifying two individuals involved in a bank robbery earlier this year in Clarence.  Joseph Raymann… Kyle Chinn and Scott Lampher receive Missouri State Highway Patrol Honorary Trooper certificates from Captain James Wilt of Highway Patrol Troop B in Macon.  Captain Wilt says their actions helped identify those involved in the robbery and lead authorities to the suspects’ location.
