Mississippi River Rising Again

Heavy rains in recent days in northeast Missouri and western Illinois and to the north have the Mississippi River on the rise again. National Weather services forecasts on Monday morning say the river should crest at 20.6 feet at Hannibal on Saturday, June 1st.
