Meth Lab Discovered in Ralls County, Four Arrested

Ralls County deputies and the Missouri Highway Patrol discovered an active meth lab Sunday.

Arrested were 45-year-old Norman Melvin, 23-year-old Kara Crane, 57-year-old Paula Feldman and 33-year-old Nicole Bosley.

All are charged with distribution delivery or manufacture or attempting to possess or manufacture a controlled substance. All four also face charges of possession of a controlled substance.

Bond for each suspect is set at $100,000 cash only.
